Intro to Prenatal Fitness

This is hour and a half workshop is designed to be a pre-req to BIRTHFIT Fitness. In this workshop you will learn:

  • Introduction to diaphragmatic breath

  • Simple and effective core and pelvic floor exercises for pregnancy and postpartum

  • Introduction to what diastasis recti is

  • How to train effectively during pregnancy

Dress in loose fitting clothing and be prepared to move.

Class will be offered on the following Sundays from 4:15pm-5:45pm:

- June 2nd

- September 8th

- November 3rd
