Small group postpartum fitness. Programming is modified based on individual needs and programmed specifically for postpartum mamas. Workouts typically consist of strength component, conditioning piece/workout, and accessory work. Class is 60 minutes and designed to encourage and empower you to continue to move functionally during your postpartum recovery. **Prerequisite= BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series. Class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am-11am (except the first Thursday of the month). Cost: $15/class (10 class pack for $120).
